We know every site is different, that’s why at Building Recruitment everyone is provided with access to the HazardCo app to maintain best practice Health & Safety standards that are compliant with today’s legislation.

Mental Wellbeing is just as important in our industry, that’s why we have partnered with Mates in Construction now for over 6 years and became the first ever Accredited Recruitment Agency this year.

All our staff are Mates Inducted, and we have Connector and Asist trained staff available.

We use a trusted online product by the industry – HAZARDCO, to manage all our Health & Safety requirements all year round. We implemented this software due to the fact it does all the heavy lifting and puts H&S tools in everyone’s hands with the on-site App. All staff from Laborers to the CEO have access to this on any device 24/7, which makes managing ALL our Health & Safety Requirements as easy as picking up your phone. Live time reporting to all management staff no matter where they are, enables Building Recruitment to act swiftly to provide support or resources when it matters, as well as 24/7 incident advice from independently trained NZ professionals.
