Passionate about family and sport, however, the reason for establishing Building Recruitment in 2005 was to offer support and advice to jobseekers and employers which I felt was missing within the recruitment space. This passion is still as strong today as it was 16 years ago which was why I spent 6 months out of the business working for Mates in Construction in suicide prevention within our industry. One of the most rewarding roles I have ever had.
